The eighth generation of iPhone is officially on the market. On September 19, 2014 Apple released its latest device, the iPhone 6.

New Features

Apple boasts that this model is “better in every way”. The most obvious change is the look of the new device, being dramatically larger and thinner than previous models. The iPhone 6 is 4.7 inches tall and 6.9 mm thin, and a more advanced version, the iPhone 6 Plus is 5.5 inches tall and 7.1 mm thin.

Other new features include:

• New A8 chip offers more power with a larger display
• Apple Pay- Pay online or in stores with the touch of your fingerprint (available later this month).
• iSight camera- Apple designed video encoder and image signal processer; better face detection, continuous autofocus and more!
• Barometer, accelerometer, and gyroscope features
