KLR today announced that Christopher Mordas, Esq. will join the firm as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Chris will divide his time between KLR’s four US offices and will be responsible for enhancing the internal organization processes and infrastructure that will allow KLR to continue to grow.

Chris joins the firm after most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Palladium Group, Inc. There he served as a strategic business partner to firm leadership overseeing global finance, including financial reporting, planning and analyses; tax and legal compliance and oversight; risk management, treasury; and investor/banking relations.

Chris graduated with a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Roger Williams University and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
