KLR Principal Frank Monti will Moderate Governance Forum for Not-for-Profit Organizations

KLR is a recognized leader in the Not-for-Profit Industry and will be represented at the upcoming Governance Forum on Friday, October 26, 2012 at the Providence Marriott, Providence, RI.

“Identifying and Managing Risks within your Organization,” is designed for not-for-profit, government executives, directors and board members in the tax exempt community with guidance on their responsibilities to identify and manage operational and fiduciary risks within their organization. The forum, presented by The Washington Trust Company, will feature Rick Cohen, national correspondent for Nonprofit Quarterly Magazine (NPQ), as the keynote speaker.

An expert panel comprised of local leaders will also share lessons learned and how to be better prepared to mitigate risk. The discussion will be lead by Frank Monti, CPA, Director of Not-for-profit services at KLR.

This forum is offered as a partnership with the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and is eligible for up to two Continuing Professional Education Credits.
