KLR Colleagues Take On New Roles at MSCPA & RISCPA

KLR is pleased to announce that Erica Guatieri has been appointed Board Member for the RISCPA and Kim Benevides has been selected Chair of the MSCPA Young Professionals Advisory Group Committee.

Erica Guatieri, CPA is a Tax Manager in KLR’s Small & Emerging Business Group. She joined KLR in 2002. Erica graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Erica’s experience has provided her with a broad range of technical expertise relating to audit field work and financial statement preparation to tax planning and advisory services. Erica’s professional memberships include the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Kimberly Benevides, CPA, MST is a Supervisor in KLR’s Small & Emerging Business Group and has over eight years of experience in public accounting. Kim graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and received her Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) where she is a member of the Young Professionals Advisory Group, Women in Accounting, and Academic and Career Development Committees. Kim has volunteered with My Brother’s Keeper and the Providence Rescue Mission.
