KLR, a premier accounting and business advisory firm is pleased to announce that Beth Reagan has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources.

Ms. Reagan, an accomplished Human Resources executive, has worked in HR leadership roles for over 25 years in a variety of industries. As Director of Human Resources, Beth will be responsible for the oversight of recruiting and staff retention, training and employee development, compliance and benefits administration, employee relations and firm culture alignment.

Beth holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University – Bouve’ College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of New Hampshire – Whittemore School of Business and Economics. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification and member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Prior to joining KLR, Beth has successfully fulfilled varying roles in HR management for ChoiceStream, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Merrill Lynch.
