For the seventh year in a row, KLR, one of New England’s largest CPA and business-consulting firms, has been named one of the Best Places to Work. Providence Business News and Best Companies Group announced their 2012 list of Best Places To Work in Rhode Island and KLR is once again included as one of the best of the best.

It’s the seventh year in a row that KLR has been recognized. The PBN and Best Companies Group chose winners from three categories (Large, Medium and Small companies).

About the Program
Businesses from across the state were surveyed and judged on their responses to both an extensive management report as well as an employee survey. Employees completed an anonymous online survey which identified the best places to work based on various criteria. The resulting data was compiled by Best Companies, an independent research organization based in Harrisburg, Pa., which then chose the winners. Companies were selected based on extensive employee surveys, which included questions about work environment, job satisfaction, work-life balance, support and recognition of achievement, advancement opportunities with co-workers, supervisors, management compensation and benefits.
