KLR, a premier accounting and business advisory firm announced today that Henry Silva has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Silva has more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience. As COO, Silva will lead the operations, finance and administrative functions. In addition, he will work with service line leaders on systems and processes for service delivery, strategic planning, goals and metrics.

Prior to this appointment, Silva was responsible for leading the Enterprise Solutions Group and the Employee Benefit Plan Practice Group. Silva holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Providence College.
