KLR is pleased to announce the promotions of Lauren Amaral, Parul Bansal, Andrew Hayes and Paul Nadeau to Partner. The four partner additions serve to support strategic growth by deepening the firm’s experience in the Private Client Services and Private Equity and Venture Capital practice groups, as well as Corporate tax and audit services. The Firm now has 34 Partners and over 250 professionals in their four New England offices.

Meet our new Partners:

Lauren Amaral: Lauren Amaral: Lauren has more than 13 years of experience in public accounting. She has significant experience with audit and review engagements for a range of businesses including start-up companies, healthcare, manufacturers as well as not-for-profit organizations. Lauren’s experience has provided her with technical expertise related to merger and acquisitions, exposure to various types of revenue recognition models and stock based compensation. Lauren is a board member of Meals on Wheels and understands the importance of investing in people. Parul Bansal: With over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Parul provides a wide range of tax compliance, planning and consulting services to a variety of privately held companies and high-net worth individuals. Parul’s concentration lies in the real estate industry, where she advises commercial and residential real estate owners and management firms on all facets of taxation and business. Parul is involved with several industry associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Andrew Hayes: Andy has more than 13 years of experience in public accounting. He has significant experience with audit and review engagements for a range of businesses including private equity firms and private equity backed companies, start-up companies, healthcare, manufacturers and technology companies. Andy’s experience has provided him with technical expertise related to corporate transactions, exposure to various types of revenue recognition models and stock based compensation. Andy is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).

Paul Nadeau: Paul has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting. He has significant experience providing accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning services to individuals, families, trusts and investment partnerships. Paul works closely with his clients to tailor and coordinate both income tax and estate/gift tax strategies to help them achieve their goals. Paul’s concentration lies in advising families on how to manage their day-to-day financial, investment and family business matters.
