“We have learned that better trained leaders who are insightful, sensitive and experienced in managing people and projects contribute much more to our clients’ growth, the firm’s strategy and our colleagues’ career development,” said Henry Silva, Shareholder. “From our first curriculum in 2005, KLR University continues to offer sessions to enhance interpersonal, management, leadership and technical skills.”
Classes are taught by our colleagues, partners and professors of local universities. We engage the entire firm to share the experience of our talented colleagues. This year marks our 10th year anniversary and we are celebrating our successes with awards for our professors and a graduation ceremony recognizing the hard work and continuous improvements needed to keep KLR U the best learning program in our industry.
