We have developed our “Seed Stage Program” and “Accelerator Package” especially for entrepreneurs.

Seed Stage Program:

One-year package with a low monthly retainer for nine months (first three months are free). Services include:

• Assistance with the development of your company’s accounting model
• Review of accounting software and general ledger set-up
• Assistance with bookkeeping, financial statements and cash burn rate
• Monthly meetings to review business finances and develop strategic planning
• Assistance with tax compliance
• Review of financial projections
• Review of business plan
• Relationship leveraging

We will also be available for other services on an as needed basis, such as assistance with raising capital, investor presentations and preparation of business and individual tax returns. These services will be billed separately.

Accelerator Package:

With a 24 month commitment, you can pick the services you require and we will offer a new business credit that can be used during the first 12 months of our business relationship. Additionally, upon the utilization of the new business credit, we will discount our standard hourly rates by 20% during the first 12 months.
